Cagayan de Oro College was acquired by PHINMA/BCII on June 29, 2005. It is located at Carmen, Max Suniel St. in Cagayan de Oro City. COC is the second school integrated into the PHINMA Education Network. The enrollment figures for SY 05-06 had a total of 4,955 students (primary, secondary, tertiary and graduate school). The college's top enrollment this school year are in the following courses: criminology, engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, IT), nursing, accountancy, commerce, education, and HRM.
